Our Process
After you accept your quote and the project is scheduled, we begin by installing structural bracing across the pool to stabilise the walls while it's drained. Once empty, we inspect the hydrostatic valve to ensure it can safely release any underground water pressure.
Next, the existing surface is sanded back to prepare it for the new fibreglass layer. If we find any signs of osmosis, these are carefully removed and repaired with a specialist filler. Once the surface is ready, a fibreglass lamination is applied to form a strong, new base.
After curing, the lamination is sanded and any minor imperfections are repaired. Then, we apply an undercoat to prepare the surface for its final finish. The topcoat is applied last, giving the pool its fresh colour and a smooth, protective finish.
The new surface is left to cure for several days before the pool can be refilled. From start to finish, we ensure a clean, professional result—ready for years of enjoyment.
